Join Phyllis for an Express Your Soul ecstatic dance experience. Step out of your mind and into your body for a somatic healing experience in a sacred space infused with Reiki and Light Language. *This is a free form unchoreographed somatic movement practice - no dance experience is needed!

Ecstatic Dance is a general term for free-form (unchoreographed) somatic movement practice. Somatic movement helps you step out of the mind and consciously connect to your body. It releases emotions, stuck or blocked energy patterns, and helps heal deep soul trauma. Dance becomes a healing modality as you develop a better connection to your mind, body, and energy. This lineage of ecstatic dance is unique. Guidance for being fully grounded in your body and connected to Earth energy is a key component for feeling safe and secure to fully express yourself. Drawing in Earth energy allows you to more fully step out of the mind and into the body for a deeper healing experience. In other words you experience soul embodiment with a grounded high feeling.

Reiki profoundly shifted Phyllis during her spiritual awakening in 2012 which led her to leave her position as a classroom teacher in 2016 and open her open healing space. She’s been facilitating Reiki classes and offering energy sessions for 7 years. She’s a Holy Fire World Peace Reiki Master, Illumination Practitioner, Light Language Activator, and ecstatic dance facilitator. Her goal is to help you embody your true self, your radiant soul, by feeling peace, joy, and harmony within your body and soul.
