About the event

This is the second workshop in a free series to "Live your Best Life".

Learn about the differences of Intention and Goals, and the tools and steps to create and use them for a happier, healthier, more fulfilled life.

As described by Deepak Chopra in The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success: “Intention is the real power behind desire. Intent alone is very powerful because intent is desire without attachment to the outcome.” Intention is the core of every dream. It is the creative power that fuels our needs including success, money, relationships, spiritual awakening, or love.

Everything we do starts with intention. Getting out of bed, contacting a family member or friend, eating, and moving your body. Intention is the basis of every want, need, and desire being fulfilled in you life.

Have ever gone to a new place without directions, Google Maps, or Waze? Do you go forth into your life without Intention and Goals? Understanding goal setting will help you accomplish your life endeavors. Research supports greater success and achievement in people who get clear on where they are going and why. Whether you set goals around your personal relationships, career, or health, understanding how to become an effective goal setter will pave the way to your success.

Everyone sets goals, but few are actually willing to declare their goals in a way that sets them up for success. Simply thinking about goals won’t yield results. This workshop will set you up with a clear process to find your intentions and set goals.

Investment: Your time and focus.

Supplies needed: A notepad or journal, and a pen or pencil.
