What is important to you? What really matters? Your life purpose consists of the central motivating aims of your life—the reasons you get up in the morning. 

A sense of purpose refers to a deep-seated feeling or belief that one's life has meaning, direction, and significance. It's the understanding or perception that there's a larger reason for one's existence. Provides individuals with a clear understanding of what they want to accomplish, what values they hold dear, and what drives them.

Purpose promotes whole person well-being. It improves your physical health, mental health, emotional regulation, increases resilience, enhances well-being and life satisfaction, and gives a longer life expectancy.

Living with purpose starts with understanding your own personal system of values and beliefs. Purpose can guide life decisions, influence behavior, shape goals, offer a sense of direction, and create meaning. 

Purpose is unique for everyone; what you identify as your path may be different from others., Your purpose can actually shift and change throughout life in response to the evolving priorities and fluctuations of your own experiences.

True purpose is about recognizing your own gifts and using them to contribute to the world—whether those gifts are playing beautiful music for others to enjoy, helping friends solve problems, or simply bringing more joy into the lives of those around you.

In this workshop you'll be guided through finding your own personal purpose or Dharma statement. Using this statement as a mantra or guide in your life can bring everyday fullfillment, happiness, and over all well-being.
