A yoga mat, pillow, and blankets  are provided for you to create a nest in this small beautiful studio.

Bathe in healing melodic energies and sounds with Crystal Tones Alchemy bowls, singing vocalizations, hang drum, and brief periods of almost silence. Sit comfortably or lie on a mat with a pillow to absorb healing and rejuvenation while in a relaxed meditative receptive state.

Brief periods of hands on healing touch will be given to each participant.
